GreenFlag Games provides a website for informational purposes and publishes mobile games available on the Google Play Store. Our Services may include:
- A public-facing website with information about our studio and games
- A customer support system for submitting and tracking tickets
- Mobile games available for download via Google Play
- Optional in-app purchases within games
- In-game advertising served by Google AdMob
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
3 License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GreenFlag Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Download and use our games on your personal Android device(s) solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment
This license does not include any right to: copy, modify, or distribute our games or website content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software; use our Services for commercial purposes without prior written consent; create derivative works based on our content or software.
4 Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on our website and in our games — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software — are the exclusive property of GreenFlag Games or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
The GreenFlag Games name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of GreenFlag Games. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
5 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempting to hack, probe, or test the vulnerability of our systems
- Transmitting any malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized modifications in our games
- Attempting to access another user's account or data
- Scraping, crawling, or data-mining our website without permission
- Impersonating GreenFlag Games or its employees
- Using our Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Attempting to circumvent any geographical restrictions or access controls
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension of your access to our Services and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6 Google Play Terms
Our games are distributed through the Google Play Store. By downloading and using our games, you also agree to the Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Google Play's terms, Google Play's terms shall take precedence with respect to your use of the Google Play Store.
7 Advertising
Some of our games are supported by advertising provided by third parties, including Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Advertisements are clearly identified as such. Clicking on an advertisement may take you to a third-party website, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

8 In-App Purchases
Some games may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Google Play. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's billing terms. GreenFlag Games does not directly process payments.
All purchases are clearly labeled with their price before you confirm. We do not use hidden fees or deceptive pricing. Virtual items purchased within games have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded except as required by law.
Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play within the applicable refund window. GreenFlag Games has no ability to process refunds directly.
9 Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that: (a) our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; (b) any defects will be corrected; (c) our Services or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.
10 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREENFLAG GAMES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GreenFlag Games and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through our support system.
12 Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of applicable jurisdiction.
